Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel the order any time before order has been delivered. Once customer receive the product they can not cancel order. After delivery order can only be cancel in case of faulty or incorrect product.

 

Refund Policy

We allow the customers to return faulty products, damaged products or mismatch in order. Upon creating a return request and returning all the goods, tags, freebies and bills intact, the product can be replaced with ATPL  within a 5 or 7 days.  ATPL allows a full refund on a return and bears the cost of delivery, though delivery cost is to be borne by the customer.

We do not accept return request if the customer do not have any genuine reason to return the delivered order.
